Who we are. These terms cover your use of Dirproof (dirproof.com). Contact: [email protected].

Information only

Dirproof provides information about third-party directories. We do not run these directories and do not control their rules, prices, approvals or links. Dirproof is not affiliated with any directory on the list, and brand names belong to their owners.

No guarantees

We make no promise about rankings, DR, traffic or approval. Directory data (DR, link type, price) was checked on the date shown and can change at any time.

Your responsibility

Follow each directory's terms when you submit. Do not submit false or misleading listings, and do not use automated mass submissions.

Use of the list

You may use the list to plan and track your own submissions. Do not copy, resell or republish the list or large parts of it.

Launch Kit

Access keys are for one person or one team and must not be shared publicly or resold. Texts generated by the Kit are drafts built from what you write in your profile; you are responsible for checking and editing them before you submit them anywhere.

Use Link check only for pages that list your own product. Do not use it to probe networks, overload sites or get around a site's rules. We may limit or stop access if it is misused. Link check fetches a single page, respects robots.txt and does not guarantee that a result stays the same.

Paid access and refunds

Price. The Launch Kit is a one-time payment with no subscription. The early-access price is $40 (USD). Depending on where you live, the price may include VAT or sales tax may be added; the checkout shows the final price before you pay. Paid access is not open yet; the waitlist hears first when it opens.

Payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, taxes and customer service enquiries about orders, and its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

14-day refund. If you are not happy with the Launch Kit, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email [email protected] with your order number, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and your access key stops working once the refund is made. After 14 days we do not offer refunds, except where the law requires it.

Liability

Dirproof is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the actions of third-party directories.

Changes

We may update the list and these terms. We will update the date above, and continued use means you accept the current version.
